    Role Summary

    To achieve this goal, we are seeking a Senior Programme Manager within the Technology Talent and Learning team to work closely with the Director of Technology Learning & Development to support with developing and delivering key progressions and learning programmes. This will help us attract and retain the best engineering talent, build a culture of high organisational agility and resilience and a shared culture of diversity, innovation, and empowerment.

    The role will also work closely with other key stakeholders, HR Business Partners and the central LSEG Talent teams, to ensure a seamless offering that effectively leverages the Group's resources and continually enhances Technology capability.

    What you'll be doing
    • Support the Director of Technology Learning and Development and on occasion, the Global Head of People for Technology in driving Technology's learning and talent strategies.
    • Take accountability for execution and successful running of key learning and talent initiatives - the Global Enterprise Engineer (GEE) and Distinguished Engineer (DE) programmes, as well as Technology progressions, in order to retain talent at all levels of the function, drive talent mobility and career growth for talented engineers and technologists.
    • Ensure alignment of GEE and DE programme and strategy to LSEG's values, behaviours, and agile ways of working.
    • Develop and report on outcome-based metrics/KPIs that effectively measure the impact of the GEE, DE, and progression initiatives on Technology's business priorities.
    • Embed a culture of continuous development for Technology colleagues, demonstrating the clear connection between learning and career development, ensuring that the expert career pathway is focused, engaging, and brought to life through our Tech GEE and DE programmes.
    • Work collaboratively with Talent and Learning colleagues in all functions and our Tech People Business Partnering colleagues to ensure the overall delivery of the GEE and DE learning and progressions strategy in Technology is highly effective.
    • Ensure identified skills and capabilities from the GEE and DE programmes and Technology progressions are aligned to the group-wide central skills taxonomy and career development platform, for a seamless and connected experience for Technology colleagues.

    You'll bring (Candidate Profile / Key Skills)
    • Exceptional stakeholder management with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
    • The ability to collaborate effectively across organisational boundaries, build effective stakeholder relationships, and innovate to achieve Technology's goals.
    • Proven experience in end-to-end programme delivery and delivery of all elements of the training cycle, from design to implementation, including event management and logistics for global cohorts.
    • Experience of the design and delivery of an extensive range of development initiatives and methodologies.
    • Previous experience driving vendor engagement, working effectively with 3rd parties to deliver learning programmes.
    • Excellent analytical skills with good organisational awareness.
    • Experience within organisations applying Agile methodologies to programme design and delivery.
    • Up to date knowledge of the latest L&D and Talent thinking and broad industry networks.
    • Experienced thought leadership and trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, influencing change.
    • A solutions-focused mindset and proactivity in driving forward opportunities for improvement.
    • Fluent English and comfortable working with an international team and stakeholders.
