    This is a hands-on dashboards and workflow automations developer role. The ideal candidate will learn to oversee metric and visualisation design across all domains involved actively with architecting, building, deploying, and maintaining cloud-native, web-scale data science products.

    Key responsibilities of the role:

    • Assist the Technology COO Centre of Excellence with the design, development and maintenance of Applications, automation solution (e.g., approval flows, apps design) Power BI dashboards, and reports.
    • Work with the Business Analysts, Back End Developers, End Users, System level DBAs, Sys Admins and QA teams etc.
    • Assists with the report / data checks and validation, to ensure highest level of accuracy, and helps to identify issues with the data and raise these issues appropriately
    • Develop and support an enterprise data warehouse and reporting environment, to deliver accurate and insightful business intelligence that advises the business to make strategic and tactical decisions and provides individuals with the information they need to perform their roles more effectively
    • Understand business requirement and plan solution to address data needs
    • Partner with tech teams and business professionals to develop metrics aligned with domain priorities
    • Prepare reports using various visualization and data modelling methods
    • Develop, design, and maintain dashboards and analytics
    • Collect data from various sources and normalize it
    • Test and publish dashboards
    • Solving any data or performance issues related to workbooks and data sources
    • Monitoring reports and dashboards and make necessary change
    • Manage implementations, architecture, and administration
    • Actively manage the performance and usability of Data Visualisation systems

    Key behaviours and skills required to be successful in the role:

    • Strong analytical skills and problem solving (requirements analysis, documentation, specification, testing)
    • Good data analytics and data modelling skills
    • Good communication skills and engagement with Stakeholders (business and technical)
    • Very good written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
    • Knowledge of SQL will be a plus
    • Previous experience in working with business intelligence, platforms, and analytics: Power BI, Power BI Report Builder, Power Platform, Power Virtual Agent, will be a plus
    • Ability to work in a collaborative environment and fast learner of Business Intelligence solutions, design principles, and implementation patterns.
