Product Owner

Our company is looking for a skilled Product Owner to join our dynamic team. The Product Owner will be responsible for leading and managing the product development process from start to finish, ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers and align with our company goals.

You are a good fit if you have:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

3-5 years of experience in product management or product ownership, with a focus on e-commerce, mobility, or other relevant areas

Required skills and qualifications

Understanding of business value related to features and functions

Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills

Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment

Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Teams, Jira Confluence.

Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog

Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by relevant teams

Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy

Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities

Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions

Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer needs, market research, and business objectives

Conduct clients’ research and gather feedback to continuously improve the product

Work closely with the internal development team to ensure that the product is delivered on time and to the highest quality standards, and at the same time aligned with the company’s strategy.

Provide regular status updates and reports on the product development process

Objectives of this role:

-Steer team meetings to establish product direction, strategic plans, and expansion possibilities, and maintain clear communication with all involved parties during the project's lifecycle

-Collaborate with internal and external contacts to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals

-Partner with business divisions to generate and manage a product backlog prioritized based on business value or return on investment

-Remain up to date on trends and best practices in the industry.
