    Qualifications

    Education: 
    o    Electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics or a similar field of study;

    Know-how:
    o
       Knowledge in electronics circuits design & simulation is a big advantage;
    o   Knowledge of existing design methods like FMEA, DFMA, V-Model;
      Ability to lead a project team in a matrix organization;
    o   Experience or willingness to learn in project management for the automotive industry.

    Languages spoken: 
    o    Fluency in English; German can be an advantage;

    Nice to have:
       Willingness to undertake business trips abroad for trainings and project work;

    Job Description

    We are currently looking for a Electronics Hardware Project Leader to work within our teams that focus on the development of Engine & Dosing Control Units for the automotive industry.

    What you do

    • Leading activities for Electronic Control Units development [hardware (electronics) and mechanical domains involved] in an international team, starting from quotation until start of production;
    • Estimate product, tooling and engineering cost; 
    • Be the main technical contact person towards our partners;
    • Track and control quality, budget and timing targets; 
    • Cooperate with international development partners and Bosch production plants;
    • Prepare and maintain project documents according to Bosch quality system;
    • Report regularly to management about project status (risk, issues etc.);
    • Offering support for series production activities in order to ensure a high quality of the product;
