    Cerinte

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, PR, Design or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management within a consumer-facing industry, preferably in the tech sector.
    • Strong understanding of brand strategy and marketing principles.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Capability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
    • Ability to liaise with executive and senior management, providing informed recommendations and using excellent negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills.
    • Experience in managing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
    • Good knowledge of social media tools and the ability to use them for communication.
    • Proficiency in creating clear and concise presentations and reports.
    • Experience with digital asset management tools, analytics tools, and content management systems.
    • Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
    • Background in market research and analysis.
    • Strong project management skills.

    Responsabilitati

    • Develop and implement a brand strategy that aligns with the company's values and overall goals and objectives.
    • Cultivate and envision the development and evolution of the brand as the company grows.
    • Ensure that all company communications, such as marketing materials, product design, and customer care messages, are in line with the brand identity.
    • Collaborate with other teams, such as customer service, product, and sales, to ensure that brand messaging is consistent and aligned with the company's values and vision.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that can inform the brand strategy.
    • Effectively manage the brand budget and allocate resources to achieve brand goals.
    • Maximize the impact of announcements, launches, and key company milestones by managing internal communications.
    • Oversee internal brand training programs to build purpose, confidence, conviction, and unity among employees.
    • Identify and cultivate relationships with internal and external brand ambassadors and key influencers.
    • Coordinate B2B and B2C events and strategic partnerships for the company.
    • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to continually improve brand strategy and achieve objectives.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, including agencies and vendors, to ensure that all brand initiatives are implemented effectively.
    • Work closely with product teams to ensure that new products are aligned with the brand strategy.
    • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to brand messaging and advertising.
