    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration or a related field;
    • Demonstrated experience working in multicultural and multinational environments;
    • Team player with exceptional time management skills;
    • Highly organized and structured work approach;
    • Adaptable, proactive, and detail-oriented individual;
    • Initiative-driven, quality-focused mindset;
    • Strong problem-solving capabilities and a self-motivated attitude, coupled with excellent teamwork skills;
    • Outstanding communication skills in English, both spoken and written;

    Desirable Skills:

    Job Description

    We are currently seeking a dedicated Department Assistant for Bosch Engineering Romania to join our team and provide essential administrative support to our multidisciplinary team of expert engineers, covering a wide area of tasks like accounting controlling, facility, travel arrangements. This position is ideal for individuals with a solid industry background seeking a stable, long-term partnership.

    In this role, you will be responsible for:

    • Coordinate department operations by providing comprehensive administrative support while seamlessly liaising with support functions (HR, Facility, Accounting, etc.) to ensure effective communication and collaboration;
    • Contribute to the creation and management of an invoicing process for essential controlling tasks, ensuring accurate data entry and coordination among international teams to optimize invoicing and resource monitoring;
    • Coordinate travel logistics, managing bookings and assist with travel expenses tracking and guidance, offering support for colleagues in solving accounting concerns in line with company guidelines;
    • Deliver extensive administrative support to the department manager by proficiently handling their schedule and actively participating in the creation of presentations and documentation materials;
    • Efficiently handle ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as needed.
