Service Delivery Planner - German language mandatory

Requirements:
-4+ years experience in a similar role;
-Fluency in English & German is mandatory;
-Purchase order and procurement experience preferably in marketing business but open to others;
-Understanding of financial compliances and business rules;
-Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager;
-Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g., customer satisfaction);
-Should be familiar with computers and MS office applications.

Responsibilities:
-Support and handle finance/purchase order tasks.
-This marketing role will act as a service coordinator who will provide visibility and coordination to the marketing team.
-It’s a highly important role to ensure Purchase orders are on track, get planned and executed flawlessly.
-Understand purchase order scopes, requirements & SLAs and communicate it to field team.
-SDP will be a bridge between the factory (execution team) and make sure that service requests are executed as per scope and timeline.
-The person will also Track volume intake of the execution team.
-Keeps FSEMs (field service engagement managers) and MCs (marketing coordinators) informed on services delivery so they can manage communication with the Field Marketers.
-Manages the OHD for areas supported.
-Escalate information of delays of purchase orders to the field team and customer.
-Prepare reports related to the validation of information, delivery status of POs, delay reasons for purchase orders, feedback, etc.
-Schedule/Participate in regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied and to address escalations.
-Maintains relationships with FSEM, MCs and Field through weekly or monthly syncs.
-Collaborate with internal governance team to prepare and maintain standard operating procedures for activities carried out and identify areas of improvement in the process.
