    Cerinte

    Our client, a multinational company that offers commercial and consumer products, engineering services and aerospace systems for a wide range of customers, is looking for a Sr. Operational Analyst (Project Management).



    Requirements:



    · Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field;

    · Minimum of 2 years of Change Management and Customer Experience related roles;

    · Minimum of 2 years of Project Management experience;

    · Proficient written and spoken English.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:



    · Create and execute improvement plans using Lean Six Sigma tools and skills;

    · Use Project Management methodologies to track and control deployment plans;

    · Work with key stakeholders to ensure engagement, agreement, support and adherence to deployments both inside and outside the Global HBT CX community;

    · Deliver consistent feedback and measurements across all CX Hubs and Global Business Enterprise locations where CX members reside;

    · Create, standardize, centralize, and maintain Global CX Process Maps, Standard Operating Procedures, and Value Stream Maps related to Technical Support, Customer Service, and Learning & Enablement;

    · Identify and deliver new continuous improvement opportunities;

    · Demonstrate effective communication and change management process related to all Corporate CX initiatives.
