Internship for Customer Management Support ( Sales Administrator) - Finance (TM)

Job Description

• Support for ADAS Sales Department related customer's projects, creates offers , prepare different reports , track the purchase contracts, also participate to regular meetings with the Sales team for different  topics;
• Tier1 customer process ( Mercedes-Benz ) : support CMS responsible with customer creation, masterdata, contract management;
• Responsible for price maintenance in the price lists and Budget/ FC prices for Controlling department. Clarify the price differences  with customers;
• Track accounts receivables (overdue invoices) and provide missing information;
• Support for different customer requests related logistic, accounting , shipping, sales, EDI or other topics;

A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibilities after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.

Job Requirements:

• Student at Technical University or Economics (final year)
• MS Office - Advanced
• English - Intermediate
• Analytical and logical thinking
• Self-motivation, positive attitude
• Team player attitude
