    The WSP Bucharest office, established in March 2006, comprises over 150 permanent staff covering Structural, Mechanical and Electrical engineering, Green Building Certification services, Environmental disciplines and Software development.

    Key skills & expertise requirements:

    5+ years’ relevant experience (quality assurance experience is desirable)
    Experience in control of documents
    Proficient in the analysis of processes and data
    Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including, but not limited to, Power BI, SharePoint, and Excel
    Excellent inter-personal skills and a high level of both written and spoken communication skills (English is essential, French is desirable)
    Organized, task-driven and detail-oriented
    Analytical and a problem-solver
    Understanding of ISand/or 9001 standards (desirable)
    Working knowledge of HSEQ integrated systems and the requirements (desirable)

    Responsabilitati

    Supports the development, maintenance, and continual improvement of the overall Management System (MS) including the Project Delivery Initiative (PDI)
    Manages the administration of the control of documents
    Ensures that control of documents and records are in accordance with the approved quality standard
    Performs editorial and document control reviews on documents ahead of publication into the MS
    Supports training and awareness activities related to the MS
    Supports overall implementation of the MS certification portfolio
    Supports production of all quality reporting and statistics, compiles, tracks, and reports on relevant information from multiple sources as required
    Supports the development, maintenance, undertaking and continual improvement and analysis of digital initiatives
    Plans, develops, and implements electronic means of collating and reporting data, including, but not limited to, progress monitoring, report development, certification monitoring and change control
    Gathers and coordinates reports and statistics, compiles, tracks, and reports on relevant information from multiple sources
    Responsible for tracking and analysing objectives, associated KPIs and issues
    Provides administrative support for the Global Quality team
    Manages the administration of all quality related matters, including the maintenance of all quality folders, files, trackers, and registers.
    Liaises and coordinates the training, meetings, audits, and conferences, when applicable
    Ensures all quality-related communications are published as per the communication plan and additionally when required
