    Opportunity:

    We are recruiting Data Analyst roles in our expanding office in Bucharest, Romania. We invite applications from qualifying candidates to be part of the growing team in this region. Analysts will play a key role in ensuring the consistency, quality and timely delivery of data that powers our products. The Analysts will be part of a dynamic team working with colleagues across multiple locations and experience a truly multi-national culture.

    The job of a Data Analyst is one where specific experience or background is not needed. Motivation and curiosity are what we're looking for.

    In the beginning, we'll provide you with training to make your first months in the company smooth.

    Your tasks:

    Data is the heart of our company, and we need you to keep our heart healthy. Our clients: financial institutions, banks, and corporations rely on the quality of the information we provide them via our products.

    A major part of the day is when you research the Internet sourcing information in local languages; visiting official pages of global companies and institutions. You also rely on our internal databases and products.

    And last but not least, you don't work on your own only. You talk to colleagues in Gdynia and teams located in the UK, US, India, and other countries. And you use cutting-edge technologies to allow your conversations to be exciting.

    In short, your job will be about:

    Using appropriate language skills to understand and source financial information

    Using language skills to build relationships with overseas market contacts

    Collecting, processing and verifying specific financial information; text-based or number-based data

    Doing research on financial information

    Working with large databases (maintaining, updating, improving)

    Support continuous improvement of the process by sharing observations and feedback

    Required Skills (Must Have)

    Excellent written and verbal communication in English

    Intermediate reading skills in another language - Croatian/Bulgarian, Dutch/German, Hebrew, Italian, Greek, Portuguese/Spanish, Russian/Ukrainian, Turkish

    Interest in Financial Markets

    Microsoft Office Skills - Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT

    Education

    Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree

    Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

    Lean Six Sigma

    Language Certification

    Successful applicants are expected to start around September 2023. We are currently on Hybrid work mode - with initial requirement to be in the office full time during training period and then moving to a 3-days in office set up.
