Job Description
The IT Infrastructure Monitoring Team assures the operation of the Hardware and Software systems which are necessary for the customer services based on the requirements in the contract by monitoring the Infrastructure and IT Environment. This includes the management of alerts raised by infrastructure elements, daily health checks, analysis of the reporting and alerts raised by various infrastructure devices and 2nd level troubleshooting.

Main Tasks
• Monitoring of the production & developing environments by using provided monitoring tools (e.g. Nimsoft, SCOM, HP SIM) and Customer monitoring tools.
• Timely response in detection of occurring issues and problems within the IT-infrastructure by alarming
• Ensuring the operational readiness of the Environment (Prod / Dev) by execution the daily checks, availability and functionality of all systems to ensure a correct production service, according to provided work instructions
• Support production operations for the Infrastructure during and out of service time performing 2nd level tasks
• Process hardware issues. Reporting issue to external technician and arrange technician's access on-site when outside business hours
• Sending and creation of defined reports corresponding to given work instructions
• Prepare and maintain Documentation, Reports, and provide follow up status on identified tasks
• On time Escalation and Reporting of alerts according to Incident Management process
• Perform 2nd level tasks on the environment by managing Server reboots, analysis and Citrix availability for defined systems

Our perfect candidate should have
• English B2-C1 & German A2-B1 level needed (no certification required)
• Experience in Windows Server 2012 or 2016
• Availability to work of Shifts (06:00-14:00/ 14:00-22:00/ 22:00-06:00 – the last one is only once in a two months)
• Good analytical skills and problem solving capabilities;
• High attention to details & recognition of patterns;
• Ability to deal with multi-task issues;
• University degree in Computer Science or related subject
• Citrix technology experience is a plus
