Responsibilities

Key member of HUB Confirmation Team, recurrent process.

Processes requests of preparation & sending confirmation letters (to banks, lawyers, clients, suppliers, related parties etc), send reminders for responses, if necessary, monitor, upload the responses received in the audit file, in a timely manner, in compliance with agreed timelines and follows up on outstanding items.

Delivery of audit related tasks as instructed and based on information provided by auditors in EY offices

Provide coaching to the team members allocated, supervise work and give timely feedback to team members

Being accountable for the quality of the work done

Communicate effectively with EY audit teams, other teams in HUB and when necessary, with the audit client

Usage of different automation tools

Reporting to the HUB Team Leader of the Confirmation Process

Qualifications

University degree in Economics

1-2 years professional experience in audit/accounting/project management

English advanced level

Good knowledge of Excel and Word

Team player, open-minded, very organized, flexible and agile
