Research & Development Mechanical design Intern

• Develops mechanical components and tools for new projects and existing Hamilton products together with the team
• Collaborates with design teams such as Layout Design, Software and other involved departments in different product development stages
• Performs functional testing together with Software or Hardware Designer
• Good knowledge of CAD software Creo, Solid Works, Catia

• Develops the firmware for new projects and existing Hamilton products together with the team
• Collaborates with design teams such as Layout Design, Mechanical design and other involved departments in different product development stages
• Performs functional testing together with Mechanical or Hardware Designer
• Good knowledge of C language

• Offers technical support and assistance to colleagues on various ICT requests
• Installs and configures new IT equipment;
• Makes sure all IT equipment, is functional: laptops, printers, phones, projectors
• Communicates with phone and internet suppliers when necessary

• Organizes trasnports, archives documents
• Maintains communication with transport companies for the shipments
• Organizes files from the shipping department
• Prepares system procedures for the invoicing process
• Invoices the delivered products
• Creates transportation and delivery  documents
• Takes care of all complaints from customers
• Supports the shipping department

• Responsible for creating, approving and confirming orders, according to internal processes;
• Responsible for purchasing materials within the quality parameters defined by the technical specification of the materials;
• Responsible for maintaining accurate information in the ERP system, according to internal rules and procedures;
• Responsible for solving all situations regarding the correctness and inconsistency of the commercial information in the invoices and the information about the products in the quality documents;
• Offers support to colleagues in Purchasing.

• Ensure vendor invoice verification, processing and posting
• Posting accounts receivable statements
• Perform maintenance and analysis on vendors accounts
• Monitor accounts payable workflows in our ERP soft (Microsoft Dynamics D365)
• Provides support in month-end and year-end closing activities

• Checks delivery documentation according to the Romanian legislation
• Offers support to department colleagues with daily operations for customers, suppliers and banks
• daily job for data collection

• Offers support to the HR team on various activities regarding administration;
• Archives employee personal documents: scanning and organizing in the personnel files;
• Fills in the medical documents;
• Updates the employees database;

• Ensures the introduction of a new process in production and train the operators when a new product is launched into production
• In charge of continuous optimization/improvement of the production process (time, quality, costs)
• Provides guidance to production employees and show alternate methods of solving or preventing process or technical problems
• Proposes needed equipment/tool for a new product or for the process improvement
• Updates Standard Operating Procedure
• Updates the process step in D365
• Collects time from production process

• Ensures the introduction of a new process in production and train the operators when a new product is launched into production
• In charge of continuous optimization/improvement of the production process (time, quality, costs)
• Provides guidance to production employees and show alternate methods of solving or preventing process or technical problems
• Proposes needed equipment/tool for a new product or for the process improvement
• Update Standard Operating Procedure
• Update the process step in D365
• Collect time from production process

• Responsible for creating 3D models, drawings and component list (Bill of materials) for series production;
• Designs new tools that are required in production processes;
•  Responsible for the management of technical specifications used in Production (manufacturing drawings);
•  Creates Item documentation for integration and change in ERP D365;

• Provide and supports the implementation of new products and processes
• Responsible for health and safety and all the internal norms and procedures regarding the order, autonomous maintenance, cleanliness, discipline and environmental protection according to the company's procedures
• Responsible of compliance of technical specifications and work instructions in his area of responsibility
• Implements the training plan of subordinate employees

• Ongoing University degree (Bachelor or Masters);
• Positive attitude, proactive and open to learn new things;
• Good team player and communicative person;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (excel, word, power point);
• Good knowledge of English (both written and spoken);
