- Excellent writing and speaking skills in French (C1 level ) is mandatory and English is required on a B2 level;
- Availability for a full-time schedule (09:00-18:00)
- Previous work experience in Customer Service/Call Center is an advantage but not mandatory;
- Strong team spirit with passion and drive to help users and deliver the best in customer service;
- Attention to detail;

- You will be the first contact of the customers – handling incoming phone calls and emails;
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction;
- Establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals.
