3-5 years in sales, preferably within Protective Coatings market in Romanian region.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, negotiating and organizational skills
Knowledge of CRM and MS-Office software
Personal integrity
Ability to work from Home Office
Extensive availability to travel within Romanian region
Language skills Romanian (native) and English advanced level

Develop and implement territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field
Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service, customer satisfaction and identification of potential new sales opportunities
Build strong relationship and network to non-buying customers (e.g. specifiers, architects, designers, engineers, institutes and public bodies)
Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct product demos and after-sales management
Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers
