Junior Project Manager

We are looking for someone who has:

- Excellent organizational and planning skills, as well as attention to detail;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships and assure collaboration with diverse stakeholders and working styles;
- Project and process management know how and skills;
- Strategic Thinking;
- Knowledge and ability to develop Monitoring & Evaluation, strategies and frameworks, including defining outcomes, defining indicators and establishing systems for data collection and evaluation;
- Quantitative and qualitative analysis and reporting skills;
- Research methodology knowledge and skills;
- Critical thinking, the ability to conclude essential information from amounts of data;
- Ability to communicate data to diverse audiences and facilitate evidence based reflections;
- Ability to work autonomously, in a fast faced, dynamic environment;
- English: Advanced.

Requirements for the role:
-Bachelor and Master degree
-Minimum 3 years of work experience in projects or project management
-Proven experience in working in projects

Would be a plus if you have:
-Experience in the educational field.
-Previous experience in writing projects proposals.

- Acts as main responsible and driver for the successful completionof the project;
- Plans, coordinates and acts as main responsible for the implementation of project activities;
- Coordinates the project team or works with other departments (depending on the project)
- Communicates and works with external partners and representatives of project’s consortium;
- Oversees the documentation of the completion of deliverables;
- Works with the Finance partner on budget tracking and provides technical information's regarding the status of activities;
- Acts as main responsible for technical reporting;
- Works with the Finance partner on financial reporting;
