Ideal candidate
 
University of Chemistry, Physics, Material Science or Mechanical Engineering
0-3 years of experience, ideally with and exposure to manufacturing/ procedure design
Both results and process oriented, Team work oriented
Passionate, open mind and interested to learn new process, technologies
Fairness and high ethics in approach and own behavior
Independence with a ‘hand-on” initiative

The responsible will follow Curing Quality Process of normal production, quality controls, defect analysis and improvements in process. Also new process and product industrialization, from prototype phase to the entrance into production. Collaborates with Milano HQ material and process department of new trials and improvements that bring scrap reductions, quality improvements, cost reduction process (e.g. quick-wins ;), new process implementations. Works closely with the following departments: Production, Maintenance and R&D.

Main Responsibilities

Responsible for Quality Process Flow in Curing Area;
Organizes and follows Process Parameters, Defects and Improvements in Motorsport Curing Production Area;
Preparation of Process Parameters, Curing Specifications together with R&D Department, evaluates results and defects in process, define action plans by using quality tools (PDCA lists, A3 projects, Poka-yoke, ext...);
Identifies new solutions, develops and improves processes;
Organizes start-up activities for new process, new materials used in Curing Production Area and new machines in production;
Provides technological support for Maintenance and Production departments.
