The Edenred Digital Center (EDC) in Bucharest, Romania is Edenred Group's largest Digital hub for strategic #tech projects.

• We are looking for an individual who has the right mix of management consulting and project management skills to successfully refine and deliver strategic initiatives in a rapidly changing environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal, to all levels of an organization, with the ability present relevant information for the right audience
• Experience in implementing a Data Strategy or a Strategic Global Transformation Program
• Capable of being able to understand the detail while maintain sight of the bigger picture
• Experience in coordinating people and key operational processes
• Capacity to link a Business Use cases to a data product
• Excellence organizational and planning skills with good business and process knowledge
• Strong leadership and rigor
• Simplicity and customer obsessed, you prefer simple solutions and are obsessed about business impact
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong team spirit and collaborative attitude
• A consistent track record of delivering complex and innovative projects that meet and exceed business requirements
• Good understanding of technical data ecosystems it’s a plus

Context/ ROLE
The data team
Edenred Global Data organization, under the leadership of a Chief Data officer is an international transverse capability department, responsible of Data Strategy and roadmap execution, at the service of the worldwide businesses units and interfaced with transverse functions.
Its role is to coordinate, deliver and facilitate: Data-related organization & processes, Data platforms and prioritized data powered solutions and use cases, Data knowledge and data culture dissemination.
The Data Strategy & Program Lead is part of the data department and is working hand in hand with the Chief Data officer and the Product Team and will be leading the Global Data transformation program with a major focus on operational business value impact.

Responsibilities
The Data Program and Strategy lead is responsible for implementing the data strategy roadmap and global program management.
• Prepare the global data strategy plans and ensure continuous communication to the executive committee stakeholders
• Support the business units in defining local data strategy and local roadmaps
• Follow up the Global portfolio of use cases and the data powered solutions and ROI
• Define, implement and follow up the Global funding and cost model
• Implement the Global data operating model
• Animate the Global data community and increase the data acculturation among the 46 countries
