Auditor - Auditing of Lending / Head Office Processes

Requirements:

University Degree in Banking, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Technology or related field; relevant qualifications (CIA, CISA, ACCA, CAFR) would be a plus.
Professional experience in the internal audit/ lending / risk management/ controlling/ compliance/ finance functions.
Working knowledge of MS Office; data analytics and Teammate knowledge would be an advantage.
Reliable, with high sense of responsibility, integrity and objectivity.
Energetic and discreet, with analytical skills and critical thinking, team player, willing to undertake the training / study required, with effective verbal and writing communication skills both in Romanian and English, able to meet tight deadlines whenever requested.
Strong quantitative, analytic, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong work ethic and commitment.
Rigorous and well-organized person.
Good interpersonal communication skills and ability to work as a team.
Able to establish and keep timelines, tasks and milestones.

Responsibilities:

Your mission will be to actively contribute to the improvement of the organization’s activity by participating in audit assignments regarding Lending / Head Office processes. Specifically, you will plan and perform audits, draft audit reports and follow up on the corrective actions, in accordance with the Audit Standards and internal procedures.
You will have the opportunity to grow professionally through participating in or leading challenging audits, interacting with the management of the Bank, and having direct exposure to the Group audit function and resources.
