• Successfully completed studies in the fields of Computer Science, Information and Communication Technology, Electrical Engineering or comparable
• Several years of experience as software developer or software architect
• You have a good understanding of software development processes (e.g. SPICE)
• You have a strong technical background in software development
• Experience in the automotive environment and in dealing with common standards such as AUTOSAR, ISO26262 is a plus
• High communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Fluent in English, German is nice to have

We are currently looking for a Software Architect to work within our team.

You will focus on developing the architecture of complete software solutions for the world's largest automotive OEM's based on ultrasonic sensors and sensors data fusion, with our features ranging from Autonomous Parking Systems to High Speed maneuvering Systems.

In your role you will:

• Develop, describe and justify technical solutions and architectures
• Analyze, design and document new or changed software components
• Conduct design and code reviews of existing components and guide refactoring
• Collaborate with other professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications
• Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards
• Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility
• Communicate successfully all concepts and guidelines to development team
• Oversee progress of development team to ensure consistency with initial design
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers
• Assist the software project manager in technical discussion with development partners and customers
