• Necessary Studies: University, mechanical or electrical engineering or other technical school education.
•  Safe handling of MS Office Applications.
•  Preferred Knowledge of SAP, Change Management or/and ECR, otherwise quickly grasp for manufacturing processes and IT-Processes.
•  Mechanical drawing knowledge.
•  Language: English - advanced level. German - is an advantage.
•  Good assertiveness, good self-management, flexible and team player.

• Provides technical assistance related to PDM-Product Data Management and Engineering Change Management tools;
• Performs the role of Engineering Change Requests - ECR tool Key User and Administrator;
• Performs and maintains the record of Engineering Change Requests-ECR Key, Performance Indicators & Result (KPI & KPR);
• Implements Engineering Change Requests according to the scope of the change request(e.g. 3D modeling adaptations, drawings, SAP changes etc.);
• Executes tasks PDM related, assigned by superior and/or provided by customers, located at BljP, as well as the ones externally located (e.g. derived from projects);
• Supports Change Coordinators during multiple root-cause analysis for deviations against standard processes (e.g. Change Management);
• Interaction with Project Teams (International Production Networks), with participation in regular ECR follow up sessions, provides information concerning product and production data (e.g. SAP material master, BOM, reports KPIs status etc.);
• Performs the role of Global Change Coordinator when the LDD-Lead Documentation department role applies;
• Coordinates Engineering Change Requests when the LDD role applies for all the plants where the product is produced;
• Generally, conducts work packages for change management following internal / external guidelines and standards;
• Frames work packages inside defined existing strategies;
• Identifies areas for improvement within field of responsibility;
• Prepares work packages and deliverables for revision and verification prior official release.
