    Requirements:

    University Degree in Cybernetics/IT/Mathematics/ Statistics/ Finance.
    Good understanding of the banking products to ensure proper analysis of the reporting and controls data.
    Advanced MS Excel Knowledge is a must.
    Knowledge of SQL language and relational databases is an advantage.
    Knowledge of specialized statistical software is an advantage (coding experience in either MATLAB).
    Experience with collateral valuation process knowledge is an advantage.
    Good interpersonal communication skills.
    Ability to manipulate, process and analyze large datasets.
    Good communication skills, fluency in English (spoken and written);
    Responsible and accurate, paying attention to details.
    Ability to establish and keep deadlines.

    Responsabilitati

    Key responsibilities:

    Identifies controls related to credit risk management activities and assesses their correlation with the size and complexity of the bank's business.
    Ensures the implementation, evaluation, monitoring the efficiency of the risk controls.
    Analyses and reports on the relationship between risks and associated controls.
    Ensures the monitoring of the collateral revaluation process throughout the revaluation flow.
    Ensures collaboration and manages the relationship with external providers of global revaluation services.
    Formulates proposals on the optimal flow of reassessment of real collateral in line with the regulatory framework, ANEVAR principles, internal methodological framework, and best practices in the field.
    Undertakes validation of models implemented at Credit Risk Management Division level.
    Ensures the maintenance of credit risk data developed for reporting purposes and performs a regular check to ensure data quality and accuracy of reports.
    Involves in the development of effective credit risk monitoring techniques, as well as in the improvement of reporting process.
    Direct involvements in periodic update of internal rules and procedures related to credit risk controls and collateral valuation process.
    Support with statistical analyses when required for any ad-hoc requirements of risk management functions.
    Implementation, evaluation, monitoring of the efficiency of the risk controls.
    Maintain relationship with other divisions in the Bank.
