Business Data Analyst

Requirements:

The job entails providing analytical support to banking activities, understanding specific business requirements, and analyzing banking and business data.
Minimum University degree level in Economic Cybernetics, Statistics and IT / Mathematics/ Statistics / Economics/ Finance, Banking or similar fields.
Banking experience is a plus.
Strong business analytical skills. Ability to work with, interpret, and synthesize multiple data sources.
Ability to independently investigate, discover data, and build reports.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
Experience with statistical package SPSS and data visualization tools (SAP Business Objects) would be a plus.
Advanced level of English.
Analytical thinking, attention to details.
Good communication skills.
Good organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Ability to work with large datasets and summarize findings in a structured and effective manner.
Keen perception of the specificities of business lines, their issues and challenges with the purposes of advancing actionable solutions and enhancements.
Proactive attitude with the ability to learn and apply new concepts.

We are looking for a Business Data Analyst whose wish is to work in the

CRM and Segments Desk, Data Analytics Department


Responsibilities:

The role involves understanding, managing, and transforming data through a rigorous process to provide actionable business insight. Among the deliverables for this role, we build dynamic business data models for generating marketing campaigns, reports and research for all segments and distribution channels.

Undertaking data collection, researching the customer base, analyzing data regarding
customers, their behavior, and identifying underlying patterns and opportunities.

Ensures planning, testing, execution, and control of efficient sales funnel in campaigns.

Executing day-to-day reporting, perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting.

Implement and evaluate business metrics to meet ongoing business requirements or customer satisfaction, experience, profitability.
