    Requirements:


    University background.
    Relevant banking experience in tasks specifically related to the financial institutions / correspondent banking/ trade finance areas.
    MS Office – advanced level.
    Strong computer skills.
    Fluency in English (spoken and written).
    Real team player, with good interpersonal communication skills.
    Strong work ethic and commitment.
    Leadership skills.
    Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    Rigorous and well-organized person.
    Able to establish and keep timelines, tasks and milestones.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:


    Deals with loans granted by other financial institutions to the Bank as Borrower, from the moment when the Loan Agreements are negotiated.
    Ensures the optimal frame for maintaining and developing relationships with correspondent banks, being involved in the elaboration and conclusion of banking arrangements with Romanian banks and foreign financial institutions.
    Collects relevant data regarding the financial status of correspondent banks and of those requesting entering into correspondent relationships, both local and from abroad;
    Remits the control documents to banks accepted as correspondents and follows up to receive from banks the similar documents, in accordance with the international rules for KYC, AML and financial anti-terrorism.
    Carrying out of bilateral relations, negotiating confirmation lines granted to correspondent banks based on their financial status.
    In co-operation with other Divisions in the Bank, makes proposals regarding exposure limits for Romanian state and financial institutions.
    Reviews and follows up compliance with the exposure limits for banking transactions (L/C’s, L/G’s) presented by the Bank’s branches and operative units, within the approved risk limits.
    Follows up and negotiate conditions for LORO accounts opened with our Bank, making proposals to improve efficiency.
