RRP Consumer Care Project Manager

Based in Bucharest, reporting to RRP Group Brand Manager

Temporary position until December 2024

                                                                                  
                                                                     RRP Consumer Care Project Manager 


We are looking for someone passionate, willing to learn and aiming for a new and exciting challenge to join RRP team!
 

What you’ll do:

 
•    Effectively develop and implement Consumer Care strategy in alignment with RRP brand strategy
•    Establish and maintain best-in-class operating model of Consumer Care service system
•    Manage and control of RRP product enquiries & complaints handling process
•    Ensure effective management of devices troubleshooting process as well as defected devices replacement 
•    Proactively engage with other functions to drive effective tools and initiatives implementation
•    Effectively plan, manage and control the usage of budgets and other resources allocated for the implementation of Consumer Care services
•    In charge of measuring KPIs development, monitoring and performance reporting
•    Identify opportunities for innovation and proactive tools in Consumer Care 
•    Ensure effective control of the third parties performance in accordance with the contract terms
•    Ensure Consumer Care services are conducted in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures.


The skills you’ll need:
 

•    University graduate; degree in Marketing, Communication or Business represents a plus
•    3-5-year experience in Brand Marketing or Agency, with proven track record in successful fulfilment
     of complex projects involving several internal & external parties
•    Experience in Consumer Care marketing projects is considered a plus 
•    Passion and ability to demonstrate initiative, excellent problem-solving skills, with a ‘can do’ attitude
•    Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
•    Strong analytical and project management skills: ability to plan, set expectations, make and meet commitments
•    Ability to work effectively under pressure, planning, prioritizing and handling multiple tasks, whilst maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines
•    Self-disciplined, organized, result-oriented, willing to take responsibility
•    Fluent English – strong communication skills (presenting, written and spoken)
