Experience:
Significant experience within the Information Security field

Hard skills:
-A significant experience in the following domain is essential: IT Security operations (incl. cyber incident & vulnerability management)
-Experience in the following domains, but not limited: Identity & Access Management (IAM), IT resilience (DRP & crisis management) and/or cloud security.
-A good knowledge of cyber risk frameworks, secure development best practices or payment solutions security will be appreciated.

Soft skills:
-Pragmatic and solution oriented
-Result and performance oriented with a can-do attitude and be able to persuade/ influence others in the organization.
-Clear concise reporting, outlining key points
-Work independently with agreed remit and autonomy
-Passionate about functional and technical subjects with a proven and successful experience in deploying projects, in conjunction with international IT and business leaders
-Manage several requests and parallel work streams

Context/ ROLE

In this context, within the Employee Benefits business line Edenred is looking for an Information Security Leader covering two business units (Romania & Hungary) in Central and Eastern Europe.

We are looking for an Information Security Expert, to be a member of the Global Security Team.

Responsibilities
-Reporting to CEE Information Security Leader the Information Security Expert will support the IT Security Leaders in the Central and Eastern Europe region to improve governance, quality and accelerate delivery.
-She/He will be an essential support in the region to improve the IT Security and Resilience of the BUs according to our roadmap and strategy: identify, protect & comply, detect, respond, recover, and train.
-This position is an opportunity for she/he to work on strategic applications and projects with many experimented and involved business and IT stakeholders. It will be key to demonstrate project management skills, have a clear understanding of the topics and propose organizational and/or technical solutions to reach the objectives.

Under the supervision of the CEE Information Security Leader, she/he will:
Support CEE Information Security Leader

By managing locally cyber security incident in close collaboration with business, technology & legal stakeholders

By rolling out and improving the processes around:
-Committees & KPIs: production & collection of information and of deliverables
-Maturity: roadmap implementation in the Business Units

By following and supporting BU to perform/maintain standard security controls
-IT Resilience: support BIA definition and IT DRP implementation & exercises
-Vulnerability management: coordinate and follow-up with infrastructure and development teams the remediation, reduce risk exposure, and understand business risks
-Identity and Access Management: lead the access review campaigns

By performing project management for top prioritized security topics
-Strong Authentication: secure critical applications via MFA deployment
-IAM: deploy process/tool, add automation to access reviews

By ensuring deployment of security measures for business top prioritized topics
-Security by Design applied for the new business-critical platforms

By promoting security topics to in the BUs
