Solution Business Analyst

University degree in one of the following preferred majors: Engineering (all disciplines), Computer Science / Mathematics / Statistics / Finance / Economics / Management;
Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies;
Business analysis certification or BPMN certifications will be a plus;
Advanced level of English (read and write);
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Strong inter-personal skills;
Negotiation skills;
Problem solving, strong analytical skills;
Strong organizational and time management skills;
Work with a team and ability to share knowledge.

The job involves travelling in all Alpha Bank's premises, in provider’s premises and working with the project team.

Contribute to controlling the scope of the project;
Design processes in known any language (e.g. UML), preferably in BPMN 2.0;
Build a data model;
Write and detail user stories;
Have a wide vision of a flow;
Test the application/integration testing;
Apply best practices when designing processes;
Validate change requests;
Collect testing materials (cases, data);
Build in BPMN the process designed;
Raise detailed support tickets;
Create scripts for business rules in Java, Groovy or JS;
Perform debugging;
Manages releases;
Edit, update, set the document and notification templates;
Use DMN files decision tables.
