Senior BI Developer - MIS & Reporting

Requirements:

- University degree in IT field;
- Fluent English, both spoken and written;
- Good knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL;
- Knowledge of any BI tool (Business Objects or Panorama) is a plus;
- Familiar with OLAP technologies;
- Agile, thinking out of the box; very good communications skills;
- Proven ability to coach junior developers;
- Team worker, quick learner, innovative, able to meet tight deadlines for regular or on demand requirements;
- Good knowledge of reporting principles and reporting software applications;
- Banking experience in a similar position or in performing similar tasks;
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a related area.

Responsibilities:

- Develop ETL Processes;
- Develop interfaces from and to other bank systems;
- Develop reports using Oracle PL/SQL and/or Business Objects;
- Evolve the existing Business Intelligence (BI) solutions;
- Participate in Architecture design process;
- Parameterize and use reporting BI software applications and databases in order to achieve business information requirements;
- Create and maintain the technical documentation of MIS reports and software applications/databases;
- Participate in reports design and review proposed solution to ensure it meets accuracy, performance, usability and business requirements;
- Propose and implement methods to monitor, control and improve the reporting activities.
