Operations Team Leader

Our Pension Administration and Document Management team is looking for a Team Leader, who will coordinate the operational activities and will contribute to the professional and personal development of his/ her team.

You are suitable for this role if you have:
- experience in a people management position
- 5 + years of experience in the field of insurance and / or banking, pension
- at least 1 year of experience in operation management field, preferable with good knowledge of the pension domain
- experience in automation and digitalisation of operational processes is recommended
- good knowledge and understanding of the IT language – e.g. databases (SQL), Data Platforms
- fluency in English (in writing and speaking)

Here's what you will be actually doing:
- planning, organising, monitoring, and controlling operation processes in pension area
- coordinating and supervising daily activities of the pension operations team
- being responsible for maintaining the production activity in target parameters
- defining operational KPIs and monitoring them through dashboards, reports
- being responsible for defining and updating of operational procedures
- being responsible for performing first line control activities and collaborating with second line (internal control) on closing all the findings
- cooperating with other departments to ensure quality services for internal/external clients
- cooperating with authorities to ensure the processes are within legal requirements
- identifying and implementing optimisations of operational processes to ensure scalability
- acting as a business owner in all projects related to improvement of core pension operational processes
- identifying training needs of each team member, as well as proposing and executing a development plan
- setting objectives, providing feedback, and evaluating employees in accordance with the internal policy
