Customer Advisor with English

- Are native or proficient in English
- Are available to work in shifts (7 AM – 22 PM, 2 rotating shifts)

- Are available to work from our office in Bucharest

As a Customer Advisor in our team, you will: 

- Review customer requests and expectations and respond to them according to their needs and situations  
- Act as a fraud operator by validating and verifying different documents (ID documents, videos, images)
- Learn how to use software solutions specific for payments industry that improve people’s lives  
- Effectively manage all incoming incidents in a customer service environment
- Grow with the team and share achievements together
