Internship Learning Program Organizer for Software Academy (TM)

Job Description

• Plan and organize training activities (eg. manages participation lists, communication with participants and trainers, recording attendance into Continental's learning management system)
• Collect, consolidate and report learning indicators, feedback and effectiveness measurements
• Collaborate with the identified experts or program representatives to manage creation of courses and other learning assets.
• Plan and conduct identified learning events like Teck Talks, Hackathons based on the focus areas of Software Academy.
• Prepare Software Academy related data and sustain presentations to SW audience.
• Support in training material creation like: PowerPoint presentations, animation in PowerPoint or other tools like Camtasia, Canva....
• Support in design and creation of posters and communication flyers for event organized by SW Academy
• Verify that created content is in alignment with global Continental standards

• University student - preferably Communication, Management, Educational Sciences or similar
• Good planning and organizing skills
• Well-developed communications skills, virtually and in person
• Customer focus and quality orientation
• Mandatory advanced English language skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Intercultural Competence
• Knowledge of Camtasia, Canva , Photoshop, Illustrator are a plus
