Master Degree in law from a law school in Romania.
Legal Counsel with minimum 3 years PQE in law firms assisting corporate clients in an international setting or as in‐house legal counsel in the manufacturing industry with international operations.
Excellent communication skills both in Romanian and in English (both spoken and written).
Eager to delve into the digital world and keep up with new technologies of interest to the legal and corporate world.
Keen on working in a dynamic and challenging commercial environment with heavy international exposure – including extensive supply, manufacturing, distribution, as well as matters relating to product quality, liability and regulatory compliance.
A natural inclination for business and commercial awareness, with a practical approach, a creative twist and ability to think out of the box; ability to identify and resolve legal issues quickly and effectively, ability to provide solution-oriented legal advices.
Good influencing skills to contribute to the decision-making process.
Appropriate interpersonal skills to collaborate cross‐functionally, at all levels and within legal function, in the context of both supervisory and non‐supervisory relationships.
Self-motivated, hard-working, detail-minded, clear thinker, quick learner, team player and ability to work independently under pressure with minimum supervision.

Providing legal advice on a broad range of legal affairs, including commercial, consumer and contractual law; labour law; social dialogue; regulatory and product compliance; litigation; health, safety and environmental regulation; corporate banking & finance law; supply chain and logistics; after-sales and other legal matters.
Drafting and reviewing all kinds of legal documents and contracts in general.
Support to all business unites and functions of the company and its operations worldwide.
Support to HQ Legal & Compliance Team members during key projects and operations.
Support to company’s HR dept. in managing relations with Romanian public authorities on various legal topics and immigration matters. Be an active supporter of the digital transformation process.
