    Requirements

    For our business partner, a pioneer in the collection & management of the oil waste market in Romania, having already a tradition in this activities and a wide range of partnerships in Horeca, we are looking for a National Sales Director to join the team.

    You will have an important role, to extend the company's area of activity by selling the products under the company's brand to the existing clients and extending the network.

    If you have a previous strong experience in creating a sales strategy from scratch for new products, and you are willing to develop a national sales team to address Horeca's key players in a niche market, then this is the next step for your career.

    Location of the role: Oradea or any other location in Romania.


    Your skills:

    Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field;
    At least 5+ years of experience in sales, with Horeca background, and min. 2 years in a management role/coordinating a sales team;
    Proven track record of achieving sales goals and increasing revenue;
    Strong leadership and team management skills;
    Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
    Experience in the Horeca industry;
    You have experience using ERP software;
    Ability to analyze and interpret data;
    Problem-solving and decision-making skills;
    Experience in a similar area of activity is an important advantage.

    Responsibilities

    As a National Sales Director, you will:

    Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve the sales objectives of the company and to increase market share;
    Build and lead a dedicated national sales team to meet/exceed sales goals;
    Build, maintain, and develop relationships with key customers to increase sales and incomes;
    Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities;
    Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful delivery of products and customer services;
    Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients;
    Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and to make recommendations to superiors;
    Provide coaching and mentoring to sales team members to help them achieve their full potential;
    Attend trade shows and other industry events to promote the company and
    its products/services;
    Make periodic visits to clients/agents in the country.
