    Requirements

    Fluent Romanian (spoken and written);
    Ability to communicate in English (level B2) - we are an international company, so English is a must ;
    Good knowledge of MS Office Leadership, negotiation and communication skills are natural to you;
    You are able to coach, train and motivate people;
    You are not afraid to forecast results and analyze performance data ;
    You can organize your time effectively and delegate/distribute workload across the team;
    Proactive approach and ability to adapt to changes - we work in a fast-paced environment;
    And most importantly - you are a team player :)

    Responsibilities

    You would be hiring, onboarding, leading, coaching, developing, offboarding members of Business Support Team;
    Your task would be to set and monitor KPIs of your team;
    You would work with external agencies, monitor their performance, set up processes; Planning and execution of business support strategy in line with other countries ;
    You should distribute workload among the team members and make sure that the team communicates effectively;
    Actively using and working in CRM systems, having deep understanding of the programs and softwares used by Business Support Specialists;
    Close cooperation with Sales Manager, improvement suggestions;
    Training other Business Support Teamleaders accross international teams;
    Closely working together with Teamleaders in other countries and ensuring smooth transfer of information from HQ;
    Creating, analyzing and providing data regarding the business support team and its KPI;
    Closely collaborating with other departments within Notino Partner (Customer Care, Data Support, Marketing) and Notino if needed.
