Then read more about new career opportunity in Notino! We are now looking for a new person to our HR Retail team, who will take over the responsibilities of a HRBP for RO,HU,BG. (5 stores)
    Due to the fact that challenges and innovations are something that accompanies us almost every day, we are looking for an open-minded, proactive and responsible colleague with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Our requirements:
    - Minimum 1 years of experience in the HR Business Partner role.
    - Demonstrated experience in multiple HR domains (recruitment, development, evaluation, training, etc.), ideally in international environment.
    - Knowledge of labor law and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
    - Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
    - Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
    - Ability to listen and understand the needs of employees.
    - Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    - English at least at B2 level.
    - Willingness to travel to our stores in Bucharest, Budapest and Sofia + headquarters in Czech Republic. You would work on home-office mostly - but quite often you will need to go “in the field” to be updated and keep contact with Managers. Driving license is not needed, but i tis welcomed.
    - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook) will definitely help you to make your work easier and faster.
    - Bachellor or Master`s degree in related field as an advantage.

    Responsibilities

    Your responsibilities:
    - Be responsible for development, implementation, and maintenance effective HR strategies.
    - Provide HR expertise in areas of feedback, training and development, employee relations, feedback and compensation.
    - Be up-to-date on employment laws, regulations, and other legal issues regarding people management, to help managers ensure compliance.
    - In cooperation with managers and in accordance with selected remuneration strategy, be responsible for planning the LC budget, continuously check it and alert managers about any risk of deviations.
    - Monitor key data in assigned departments (fluctuation, benchmarks, offer/admission conversion) and prevent undesirable consequences (i.e., reduction of undesirable fluctuation).
    - Work closely with management and employees to create good working environment, improve work relationships, solve conflicts and decrease unwanted turnover.
    - Participates in the selection process for key positions (especially middle management)
    - Supports managers in HR processes, such as preparation of adaptation plan, goal setting, evaluation, provision of FB, etc.
    - Closely collaborate with HR team members to implement new and more effective recruitment strategies, control progress and check the results.
    - Conduct weekly or bi-weekly meetings with managers and provide HR advice if necessary.
