Help Desk with German - remote

- Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent customer service mentality and communication skills;
- German B2, English B1;
- Available for night shifts, as we operate 24/7.

- You will provide technical assistance to our clients in Germany in their native language 24/7;
- In addition, we will provide all the training necessary to excel in this role, so don't worry if you're new to the field;
- You'll be part of a team of experts, working collaboratively to deliver exceptional customer service;
- This is an entry-level position, so no prior experience in the IT field is required;
- Minimum computer operating skills would be a plus.
