    Job Purpose and Impact
    As part of the Commercial Support Department, the Contract Administrator will apply industry knowledge to perform daily activities and ensure proper registration of deals, documents and correspondence compliance, according with internal procedures and inter-departmental level.  

    The position implies a limited working contract until December 2023.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Accurately and timely register and edit all sales and purchase contracts and/ or addendums based on Business confirmation, following internal work instructions in company’s dedicated systems
    • Handle documents: registration, sending, receiving, archiving and follow-up
    • Master data maintenance: registration and updating based on relevant requests and documents 
    • Apply detailed knowledge of department operations and infrastructure, policies and procedures to perform moderately complex processes
    • Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff
    • Other duties as assigned
    Qualifications
    Minimum Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience 
    • English language – good knowledge (medium level)
    • Computer proficiency (MS Office Suite)
    • Analytical skills and attention to details
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Result oriented, task prioritization, can act with little or no supervision
    • Understanding commercial terms and various clauses of a commercial contract (including INCOTERMS)
    • SAP knowledge
    • Works well under time pressure, curious and eager to learn
