Summary of your future role
The RPA Developer prepares application specifications and also assures the overall design of the RPA flow solution. He provides support for the UAT phases of projects and automated process automation processes for new or already automated processes. The RPA Developer also participates in quality assurance activities of deliverables, ensuring compliance with internal standards, methodologies and procedures, support for other colleagues, as well as proposing measures to improve development activity.

How you will contribute

• You create technical specifications in order to automatize various process of the bank;
• You analyze the “AS IS” and “TO BE” processes and you are also involved in the design of the RPA solution;
• You develop and test components of the designed RPA solution and document the technical solution;
• You provide support for solving the incidents from the production environment, ensuring the continuity in good conditions of the business activities;
• You design new or update existing processes, objects and robotics artifacts structure, using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.

• Technical or economical university studies;
• A minimum of 2 years in software development;
• Good understanding of the methodologies and processes of software development;
• Innovative technical solutions and software testing knowledge, preferably using technologies like .NET or Java;
• RPA knowledge, more specific a good background using UI-Path app;
• Advance English language skills;
• Team player, well-organized, strong communicator, driven and committed .
