Non-performing Loans Officer (for companies)

University degree, preferably in Economics;
Excellent communicative skills (written / spoken) in both Romanian and English;
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook);
Having experience within banking environment (financial, accounting, monitoring, analysis and management of nonperforming loans for companies SME and Corporate);
Relevant experience in a similar position and/or financial analyst and/or customer relations manager and/or credit administrator in the corporate business area.

Manages the assigned non-performing loan portfolio and seeks for their speedy recovery;
Analyzes the causes that generated the registration of arrears in payment of the installments, as well as the situation of loans from a financial and legal perspective;
Negotiates with debtors and identifies possibilities for credit recovery and consolidation of guarantees;
Participates in meetings with third parties (judicial administrators, liquidators, lawyers, bailiffs, etc.), identifies solutions and negotiates in order to improve the Bank's position;
Elaborates internal applications by detailing the debtors' situation and establishing the strategy to be followed;
Checks the real state of the guarantees;
Monitors the evolution of loans with problems reported by business units;
Prepares monthly reports regarding the overdue and non-performing loans.
