3 years of experience in pricing, promotions, or sales analytics, and/or marketing research (experience in revenue growth management or commercial finance is a plus);
Data and insights-driven (experience with ML tools is a plus);
Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics;
Fluency in written and spoken English;
Proactive and creative by challenging status quo, introducing new ideas;
Excellent Excel skills, able to work with large amounts of data (experience with Power BI is a plus);
Excellent analytical skills, strong verbal and written communication skills.

Leveraging innovative data & analytics solutions to support commercial insights generation aimed at driving the growth of net revenue, value share and profitability;
Supporting Area Senior Commercial Finance Manager with the value creation agenda across the following pillars: pricing management, customer investments, assortment/mix management, and promotion strategies;
Leading and taking ownership over cross-functional data integration, mapping and cleansing to enable leveraging various analytical tools;
Supporting with transforming data into insights supporting more informed decision making;
Creating model pricing/promotion scenarios and providing recommendations for optimal outcomes;
Offering support with development, continuous improvement, and maintenance of the RGM - Revenue Growth Management toolkit with respective data strategy powering the tools;
Collaborating and partnering with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, IT / D
Interacting with the Regional RGM team for knowledge sharing.
