       DARE (Development Advice & Resources) is a consultancy company with a focus on helping organizations realize the potential in their people and on helping people discovering their talents.     Cerinte

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales support role, with at least 1-2 years of experience in a leadership position.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a team.
    • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience in developing and implementing standard operating procedures.
    • Experience in working with sales and customer service teams.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

    Responsabilitati

    • Manage and lead a team of sales support representatives to ensure that customer orders are processed accurately and on time, and customer inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
    • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members to ensure continuous improvement and development of skills.
    • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure consistency in order processing and customer service.
    • Collaborate with Sales Director and sales team to identify and resolve issues related to order processing and customer service.
    • Develop and maintain metrics to track team performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Ensure that the sales support team maintains a high level of customer service and professionalism.
    • Monitor and manage team workload to ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.
    • Train new hires and conduct ongoing training to ensure team members are up to date on product knowledge, systems, and processes.
