    Booking.com’s Application Security team is seeking a passionate engineer who wants to protect the world's largest travel platform against attacks to its application stack. Your skills will be the foundation of security initiatives that protect the security and privacy of all our customers.

    The BHI Security & Fraud organization is looking for a Governance Manager to advance the development of BHI Shared Service capabilities. This role within the Bucharest site will involve both management of a team of analysts, and the need to be experienced with global organizational structures and transformation programs. You will use your thought leader skills, to support the vision, strategy and execution of the shared service organization, as well as participate in transition from brand-dedicated resourcing to value-driven shared services. This includes focusing on data gathering, analysis, modeling, planning and implementation of a brand new organization within Booking Holdings.

    B.skilled
    Bachelor’s Degree in business
    At least 5-6 years of experience in business data analytics and financial modeling
    At least 5 years of experience working with managed services/shared services
    Mandatory experience in the curation of policies and procedures relevant to service build and service delivery
    Mandatory experience of project management in technology companies
    Experience of managing and leading high performing teams
    Good command of IT and security knowledge
    Strong written and verbal communication skills
    Demonstrated leader with team-oriented interpersonal skills;
    Ability to effectively interface with a broad range of stakeholders
    Proven experience in working with change management and problem management frameworks

    Lead a team of 3-5 analyst to support development of the Security & Fraud Global Shared Service organization
    Design, build and manage the shared service organization under the guidance of the Shared Service Leader and CoE Security & Fraud Lead, focusing on organizational design, process creation and reporting structure
    Coordinate, mentor and coach the team under scope
    Engage executive and operational stakeholders to ensure adherence to asks and timely delivery of required data
    Build, validate and manage frameworks adhering to processes, delivery, compliance, quality assurance, reporting and budgets
    Safeguard service metrics reporting and delivery
    Design and implement continuous improvement processes
    Ability to understand the organization’s operations and be able to express business priorities
    Ensures timely delivery of tasks and projects under scope
