Python Senior Developer

Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated developer to join development of Python data API libraries of Refinitiv Workspace, the flagship product that gives the customer access to the broadest and deepest coverage of financial data, news, analytics, and productivity tools.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX team, and Software Engineers around the globe to deliver best-in-class products
• Architect new systems, or reuse existing systems that drive complex applications
• Identify and resolve performance and stability issues
• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
• Lead & Coach the team on good software development principles

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years experience in developing in Python
• Experience in API design (REST, GraphQL)
• Familiar with network protocols: WebSocket, Socket, https
• Strong communication skill
• Good problem solving & analytical skills
• Agile oriented

Nice to have:

• Experience in CI/CD in Cloud such as Azure, AWS or GCP
