Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

Established Criteria

• 10 years of experience in the technical area specifically on the perimeters needed in the position as follows: sealing (ex.: glass run, division bar, hood seal rear, crossmember seal etc.)
• Experience in manufacturing or production, design, project management;
• Based on the role, knowledge in the areas of mechanics, electronics, optics, and plastics is required;
• Expertise in the areas of synthesis, design, validation, and numerical simulations for the lighting role;
• Analytical and very good communication skills;
• Advanced level English;
• Leadership skills and the ability to transfer technical skills to the team;

Context & Responsibilities

• The roles are new in Romania, transited from other countries in order to be more efficient in problem solving
• The vision of series life projects at factory level and transversal collaboration between Romania, Turkey, Morocco
• Responsible for finding solutions regarding technical issues, quality, cost deviation
• Reports directly to Senior Management
• Not responsible with the direct coordination of a specific team, but the main point of contact for Project Managers (supervises the project teams)
• If the situation requires it, he/she will be the one taking major decisions in the name of the team
• Occasional business trips to the factories
