University Bachelor’s degree
Customer service experience
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication, advising and building relationship skills, based on empathy and diversity understanding
Administrative skills

Customer service/ oriented skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Very Good knowledge of English language
Driving license

What you’ll be doing:
 Generates and process new sales leads as necessary
 Takes sales information and puts it into an easily readable format
 Follows up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular service
 Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team
 Arranges appointments with clients and sales team
 Updates all contact information for clients
 Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or providing sales team with necessary documents
