Requirements
You must have:
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering
Fluent in English communication
Minimum 5 years relevant experience with DCS project engineering, installation, commissioning, and system acceptance for HPS customers in domestic and overseas projects.
Experience with integrating other Honeywell and third-party systems
Good knowledge of Esperion PKS, Safety Manager, AutoCAD
Good understanding and operational experience to drive a One-Honeywell approach
Has an understanding of the marketplace and general business environment.
Understands what the key business excellence initiatives are within Honeywell
Understands how different functions within his/her own organization interrelate to each other
Understands and is familiar with the Honeywell values
Knows the overall key business objectives and goals
Understands Honeywell’s overall financial strategy in terms of revenue growth, profit growth, working capital improvement, shareholder value goals
Understands appropriate project methodology in risk management, control of working capital and change management and
works to current standards referenced in GPM (Global Project Management)
Understands the importance of health and safety aspects to be able to manage projects properly
Proactive, strong customer satisfaction ethic.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customer key project personnel.
Proven ability to work with and/or lead a small team (4-5 members).
Strong communication skills to work with colleagues and customers from many nationalities.
Capacity to work on multiple projects at the same time.
Ability to work with diverse cultures and customers.
Willing to travel to remote locations in the region.
Ability to identify add-on solutions to customers’ processes.
Patience, understanding and non-confrontational approach for difficult customers.

We have an opportunity for a Senior Advanced Project Engineer to join our Performance Materials and Technologies team in Bucharest, Romania.
Responsibilities:
This position is responsible to manage the engineering team on assigned projects in both local / remote locations.
Implementation of customized complex and/or standard engineering solutions.
Successful completion and within budgeted time and cost constraints.
Support the implementation of projects in line with HPS project operations objectives including continuous improvement of margin, customer satisfaction, schedule, working capital and safety performance.
Provide consultancy and technical support for project estimation.
