    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business (Accounting or Finance an advantage)
    Experience of working within a multinational, complex matrixed and fast-paced environment
    Demonstrated record of driving continuous operational improvements. A process builder mindset
    Ability to consolidate business intelligence form multiple sources or data, propose actions for business improvement
    Good communication skills and ability to present business intelligence findings in the form of recommendations to senior leadership
    Strong IT skills with an automation / simplification mindset and previous experience
    Solid experience in using Salesforce reporting, visualization in Tableau (or PowerBI) – Alteryx
    Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Dashboards, Advanced formulae, PowerPivot, PowerQuery etc)
    Good knowledge of SAP ERP
    Strong analytic skills with ability to frame and communicate complex data with clarity
    Able to handle multiple priorities and work under own direction

    We have an opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Performance Materials and Technologies team in Bucharest, Romania.

    Responsibilities:

    Act as conduit between Sales, Finance, Pricing and Operations, providing data to support business decisions which enable performance to quarterly financial commitments
    Responsible to analyze and challenge business data (i.e. site forecast, orders, growth initiatives, opportunity pipeline), understand Risks and Opportunities for achieving targets and raise through MOS with leadership
    Regularly provide data to supporting the achievement of HTS AOP Targets (Revenue, Operating Income, Working Capital, Free Cash Flow) at the appropriate levels of the organization
    Responsible with select pricing data & analysis, driving margin expansion through strategic and tactical price actions, factory and sourcing productivity, and growth
    Building trusted relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
    Creating and driving MOS for opportunity and account management reporting (SFDC, Tableau etc.), sales behavior indicators (SBI), growth initiatives and other targets attainment, pricing & discounting, Channel business etc. for HTS EMEA, and able to contribute with order data analysis and recommendations when needed
    Responsible with creating, updating & circulating standard daily and weekly reports (SBI, win loss analysis, Point of Sales centralization, opportunities, orders breakdown by region, LOB, industry/vertical) and able to contribute with order data analysis and recommendations when needed
    Key point of contact for business data analysis for critical meetings in the HTS EMEA MOS (i.e. AOP, Sales Kick off, QBR, MBR, MOR etc.)
    Responsible to maintain & improve the HTS EMEA Customer database, in collaboration with Sales, Sales Ops or Master Data Management team
    Responsible to eliminate data inconsistencies in the MOS by checking consistency of data across systems to ensure accuracy of numbers, escalating to IT for resolution of issues with Data inconsistencies, collaborating with Commercial Excellence, Sales and other functions for acquiring e2e insights and building the required solutions
    Responsible to provide ad hoc analysis to Business Ops, Sales, Pricing, Finance team in support of analytics to support managerial decision-making
