Test Engineer (EMC Validation) - Sibiu Qualification Laboratory R&D

• Validate the functionality of products, according to the specific requirements or specifications by using processes, procedures and testing quality standards.
• Interface between customers and laboratory; 
• Hook-up new projects and track them;
• Supports customer and managing specific procedures;
• Analysis of specific reliability testing documentation;
• Time planning (accurate) for project requests (DV/PV etc.) in Qualification Laboratory (planning of tests and allocate manpower);
• Schedule and track own tasks (e.g. validation activities, documentation additional activities) within the framework of a given plan;
• Circuit and layout reviews, implementation of know-how;
• Create and improve procedures and work instructions related to the test methods, specific activities, responsibilities and working area, according to the internal procedures;
• Provide feedback (if applicable) to the project teams for the development of interface test equipment and processes of testing (based on electronics and reliability know-how);    

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

• Advance language skills (English - required);
• Advance communication skills;
• Advance planning and organization skills;
• Understanding of the customers and user needs and problems;
• Proactive and collaborative attitude;
• Detailed oriented; 
• Advance time management skills in order to finish deadlines in time;
• Basic knowledge in Electrical/Electronical Engineering or similar;
• Practical experience using Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Word, Power Point, Planning Project, etc;
• Analytical skills for technical problems;
