Senior Software Developer – Tech Lead

Your profile :

•A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field is an asset
•At least 5 years working experience as a Software Developer
•Experience with Agile methodology and Scrum. Scrum Master certification is considered as an asset.
•Very good knowledge of OO design and programming, C#, Visual Studio 2022, WebAPI and SQL Server
•Experience with .NET Core/5/6
•Knowledge of NUnit and NHibernate is considered as an asset
•Knowledge of various design and architecture patterns, Test Driven Development
•Experience with API, authentication, token, security, http protocol, json, swagger
•Proficient in Git
•Experience in continuous integration, refactoring, CI/CD pipelines and nightly builds
•Experience with Angular (Angular 14/15) is considered as an asset
•Experience with Azure, Azure DevOps and Cloud Applications is considered an asset
•Self-organized and creative team player with excellent communication skills and willingness to learn
•Excellent time management, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
•Fluency in English is mandatory; German and/or French is considered as an asset

Your tasks:

•Be responsible for the design, development and delivery of new features for our products
•Write well-designed, testable and clean code. Document your code. Ensure strong optimization and secure functionality
•Bring your ideas to improve the products or the processes
•As a Tech Lead, share your experience and perform code reviews, provide technical guidance and mentor team members, foster discussions.
•As a Scrum Master, help build a well-developed and high-performing team that works together collaboratively
•Work closely with the product owner and the other developers to define or refine the backlog of items. Write technical stories. Collaborate with QA testers to validate your work. Fix bugs.
•Participate to Tech Leads meetings to learn, share, brainstorm and improve your skills
•Contribute to the continuous development and maintenance of the existing product
•Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
•Learn the business of Intellectual Property
